Compile and provide management reporting for GBC team Provide pipeline and time tracking reporting Play a key role in an integration process between , time tracking tools, pricing tools, client feedback tools and finance results to track the complete lifecycle of all opportunities Perform ongoing analytics and assessment to provide insights and identify continuous improvement opportunities for pipeline (cycle analytics, adoption metrics, data clean up, exceptions reporting) Support time tracking analytics (exception reporting, adoption metrics, project health analytics) Support GBC sales team and Field Effectiveness with support and custom data reporting Support GBC incentive reporting Support products & feature migration Role is global in scope.

## Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem solving skills Expert Microsoft Access and Excel skills Ability to create models and scenarios using all levels of data Ability to deal with ambiguity and present/discuss work results in a compelling manner.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, listening ability and written presentation skills
Extremely organized with significant attention to detail Process oriented with strong project management skills
Self starter with demonstrated ability to work independently Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Excellent time management skills required - including ability to set priorities and work in a fast paced, multi-project environment
Strong business and financial acumen Energetic, curious and creative
Team player Prior experience in a Consulting or Sales organization a plus
experience preferred
Clicktime experience preferred
Bachelor's degree where course work could include: statistics, business administration, finance, decision sciences, economics, and mathematics OR minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles
