Financial Specialist-Entry Level

The Financial Specialist supports all financial reporting and functions overseen by the Director of Business Services within Beckwith Restaurant Enterprises LLC.

Responsibilities:
Aid the Director of Business Services (Director) in reconciling each company's bank statements at the end of each month.
Maintain and record all Franchise financial transactions with Subway (Combo Reports) Record General Ledger entries into QuickBooks.
Support Director with assorted aspects of Business Services (including but not limited to Catering, Marketing, Credit Card Reconciliation and Vendor Management) Assist with the production of all financial and corporate reporting as assigned by Director.
Prepare communications such as memorandums, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
Answer Inbound phone calls.
printing, copying, laminating, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels.
Other duties as considered necessary and assigned by the Director of Business Services REQUIRED TRAITS:

PREREQUISITES:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent and/or extensive work history in this area.
Experience & Skills:
A minimum of five (5) years in an administrative environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer proficiency required including.
Microsoft Office, smart phone usage and email.
License:
Must have a valid driver's license.
Salary Range:
$15.
00-$20.
00 an hour.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
