ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Partner with client, agencies, and leaders to ensure BSP project success across design, implementation, sustainability, and transferability. Manage project and communications in coordination with client staff, determining effective project management strategies and execution. Facilitate obstacle resolution related to resource availability, decision-making, timelines, and priorities. Conduct research and communication with stakeholders to identify internal and external services meeting project requirements. Develop and recommend solutions to project challenges, maintain project milestones, and assess project progress. Analyze project phases and specifications, providing feedback to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate project-related training, information sessions, close-out activities, and lessons learned sessions. Research, analyze, recommend, and assist in implementing project management best practices and process enhancements. Develop planning documents and functional specifications for workflow improvements and system changes. Establish metrics for the project, develop supporting procedures, and mentor project participants in artifact creation and reporting. Manage project invoices and overall budget.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university, preferably in management information systems, computer information systems, or computer science. Additional years of specialized formal education may substitute for required work experience.
Experience:
Seven years' experience in systems analysis, with broad-based knowledge of business environments, preferably related to software development, support, or maintenance. Three years must involve direct involvement in application or product lifecycle management. Additional approved work experience may substitute for formal education. License/Certification:
Eligibility for a valid New Hampshire driver's license and/or access to transportation for statewide travel. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Three years project lifecycle management experience. Proficiency in MS Office products and project management software tools. Familiarity with relevant technologies such as cloud-based platforms, reporting tools, database tools, testing tools, and general development/data migration. PREFERRED WORK TRAITS:
Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate activities among diverse professionals to achieve project objectives. Understanding of project controls, project management phases, and ability to analyze and interpret information for recommended changes. Experience managing digital experience or customer relationship management platforms. Understanding of accessibility requirements and security compliance rules. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
