Job Requirements
Managing
compliance documents, meetings and tasks to ensure the Compliance Program
is maintained to the highest standards.
Oversee
the development and updating of compliance/regulatory matters from
interpreting, disseminating and tracking information on regulatory
matters.
To ensure compliance and improve
quality update program/department/organizational-wide policies and procedures
as regulations change or programs change.
Provide education to staff
related to regulations, compliance and quality, therefore must stay
current with regulations, statutes, and GSIL policy/procedures.
Conduct
audits, investigations, prepare reports, and maintain records.
Coordinate
and conduct Peer Review processes and other medical /clinically based
quality improvement
practices
.
Leads
Managed Care initiatives to improve quality, service delivery and payment.
Identifies areas to improve and
leads initiatives through complete quality improvement process.
Plan,
implement and evaluate a broad range of quality improvement initiatives by
programs and organizational wide.
In
collaboration with VPs and managers; develops and implements consumer
satisfaction, productivity, costs, outcomes and other quality markers into
a system to guide program and system improvements.
Providing
established reports and other reports as requested.
Identifies
resources, tools, system changes, best practices related to compliance and
quality to improve performance.
Interfaces
with GSIL HIPAA Officer to ensure compliance.

Conduct
other duties as assigned
Education Requirements
Successful
candidate will be a Registered Nurse and two years' experience in
compliance and quality initiatives, including regulatory assurance systems,
technology and data collection system, preferably.
Medicaid/Medicare, clinical and/or homecare
experience is also preferred. Must have proficiency with Microsoft Office software,
data
management
skills and effective verbal and written communication.
Is able to demonstrate competency in planning
and organizing; the ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
